A leading European venture capital house with an investment focus on Information Technology and Life Sciences sectors, and headquartered in Geneva, with offices in London and Jersey. Index Ventures approached 4VCO to lead selection and implementation of a fund administration system to deliver enhanced management information and investor servicing.

4VCO worked with the Index team to:

Review Current State operations and formalize requirements.
Identify high-level options and agree project approach.
Select a vendor: full design and management of the end-to-end process, including product demonstrations and one-day workshops.
Develop Terms of Reference for implementation, including historic data analysis and migration approach, data model definition and report pack specification.
Negotiate contracts with chosen vendor.
Provide project assurance and project office support during implementation.
